My mother has battled Multiple Sclerosis, and her resilience in the face of this challenging condition has inspired me.
What is MS?
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic neurological disease that affects the central nervous system, which includes the brain and spinal cord. This can result in a wide range of symptoms and complications, including problems with mobility, vision, coordination, and sensory functions.
While there is currently no cure for multiple sclerosis, there are treatments available to manage symptoms, slow the progression of the disease, and improve the quality of life for individuals with MS.
By contributing to the Multiple Sclerosis charity, we aim to empower individuals and families affected by MS and drive research and support initiatives that bring us closer to a world free from this debilitating disease.
